Dr. Howard E. Fields III

Dr. Howard E. Fields III is an internationally recognized educational leader, researcher, and creator known for his innovative approaches to educational leadership and professional development.

 Each round follows four structured steps:

  1. Role Assignment & Scenario Introduction – Players receive their Role Card and secret agenda and are presented with a leadership scenario.
  2. Group Discussion & Negotiation – Players strategize, debate, and use their resources (coins, Power Cards) to navigate the situation.
  3. Voting & Point Allocation – Participants cast votes on key decisions, affecting the outcome.
  4. Reflection & Strategy Analysis – Players debrief and discuss how their choices relate to real-world educational leadership.
